PAYMENTS

How can I pay?

You can pay with a credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard), Shop Pay, PayPal, American Express and with Scalapay in 3 installments.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay in 3 installments without interest. On the payment screen, if you are not registered, you will have to fill in your information. First you will be directed to Shipping and when you later access Payment Options, select: Scalapay - Pay in 3 interest-free installments

Are there any additional taxes or official fees on the products I purchase?

For customers outside the EU (European Union), official customs fees and charges applied by your country's governments are NOT included in the price and must be paid by the buyer, if applicable. Buyers in the US (United States) pay no fees or charges on purchases under $800. In Spain there are local taxes that apply to buyers from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

SHIPPING

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

Your order will take between 2 and 5 business days. If you need it for a specific date, contact us and we will tell you if it is possible.

What are the shipping costs?

If you are in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, shipping is free on purchases over €55. If your purchase does not reach €55, the cost is €5. For other areas or countries, consult the Shipping Policies

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, we ship to most countries. If you want to see the costs and deadlines in detail, consult the Shipping Policy at the end of this page.

RETURNS

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you have 30 days to return your purchase. As long as the products are in perfect condition, have not been used or manipulated and are sent with the original labels and packaging. For more information visit the Refund Policies

What do I have to do to request an exchange or return?

Contact us via email atinfo@juan-jo.com , indicating your name and the order number. If you want a change, please indicate in the email the new item you want.

How much does it cost to make a return? 

If you are in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, it is free. We will send you the label and you will deliver the package to a collection point of our agency. If you are in another region or country, you have to send it by your own means and you must be responsible for the return shipping costs.

In case of a return, when will I receive my refund?

Once we have received it and verified that everything is in good condition, you will receive it within a maximum period of one week.

What type of leather do you use?

We use sheep or cattle skins from suppliers in Spain and Italy, with vegetable tanning, a sustainable process that complies with the environmental standards of the European Union.

How long will my skin supplement last??

I don't know very well what my belt size is, what do I do?

First of all, decide if you are going to use your belt at your waist, or if you prefer to wear it more on your hips. This is important, because the size you need will change. Many of the models are only to be worn at the waist, but some models can also be worn lower. Consult our size guide in the details of each belt.
