Place an order

To place an order in our e-shop for the first time, you do not need to register as a customer. When you make a purchase on our website, we will add you to our subscription list and we will contact you to inform you of offers and news on our website. You can unsubscribe whenever you want.

Once the purchase has been made, you receive an email in which the order details are specified.

Advantages of registering

You can visit and buy on our site without registering, but we invite you to register and provide us with essential information so that we can identify you and maintain contact with you. You just have to fill out a simple form.

It is a minimal task that is worth it because you get a password that you can use on subsequent occasions to enter your account, buy easily, access your order history, save your favorite products to share them with your friends and, above all, benefit from discounts and promotions for customers.

A safe purchase

Operations in our e-shop are carried out through the PayPal system or, in the case of debit and credit cards, through Shopify Payments. 

Both entities (PayPal and Shopify payments) manage the buyer's bank details with high security mechanisms. Our site does not have access to the buyers' card details.

Prices

 The prices and offers in our e-shop are valid only for online orders placed through our site. And they may not match the prices and offers in other physical and online stores.

Prices do not include shipping costs, which are detailed in a special section and may vary depending on various concepts.

All prices indicated in our store include 21% VAT (Value Added Tax). In English: VAT (Value Added Tax). 

In some countries, shipments may generate customs fees or similar that are not included in the prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Availability of items

Orders are always subject to product availability. If difficulties or problems arise due to error or unforeseen events, we reserve the right to contact the customer and offer a delivery date, or to cancel the order.

Billing

You expressly authorize us to issue the invoice in electronic format, although you may indicate to us at any time your wish to receive an invoice in paper format, in which case, we will issue and send the invoice in said format. .
