Exchanges and returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return of products purchased in our e-shop. Our brand products purchased in physical stores or in other e-shops cannot benefit from these concepts.

In case of return or exchange, shipping costs to our address are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that it is due to a defect or error in the item sent, the return costs will be borne by juan-jo.com.

Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the products are in perfect condition, have not been used or manipulated and are sent with the original labels and packaging. Also in case it is due to defect or error of the item sent.

Procedure

To request an exchange or return, you must contact us via email (info@juan-jo.com). To help us continue improving, we would appreciate it if you let us know the reason for the return. If it is an exchange, you must specify the new product or size change that you request.

This notification message must include a contact email and detail the customer name, order number and product details.

In mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, the return is at our expense. We will send a return shipping label from our agency, you will have to print it, attach it to the package and take it to a collection point that we will indicate to you.

In other locations, the customer will have to send the package to the following address:

Once the shipment is in our possession and we have verified its proper status, we will contact you again and, if applies, We will exchange the product or refund the amount within one week.

If the return comes from countries that have taxes and customs expenses, which may have been generated when the merchandise entered Spain, they will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
