They will be prepared in 2 or 3 business days, plus the time needed by the shipping agency.

• Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: 6 €. Free on orders over 60€.
• The Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 25 €. Free on orders over 250€. Local taxes may be due on delivery and are not included.
• A total of 3 to 5 business days to receive it at your home address.

U.S.A.

• 25€. Free on orders over $200.
• All orders are priced DDP (customs duties and taxes included).
• Delivery time: 3 to 6 business days.

• 25€. Free on orders over 300€.
• Delivery time: 3 to 6 business days.

United Kingdom

The prices listed do not include shipping to remote areas of the countries. If applicable, we will contact the customer to add the extra charge indicated by the agency or to cancel the order.

DUTIES

Shipments to European Union countries are exempt from duties.

In other countries, shipments may incur customs fees or duties that are not included in the prices and are always the buyer's responsibility.

In our prices, fees and duties are only included in the DDP rates we apply exclusively to the U.S.A.

RETURNS

You can request a return within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Returns are only free for Spain.

In the rest of the countries, the buyer must agree with us on a return method, the cost of which will be charged directly to them or deducted from the order amount together with any customs fees the return may incur.

Procedure:

To process the return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also have its tags and original packaging.

Contact us by email. Include the order number and the reason for the return.

We will send you a label so you can print it and ship the package.

The cost of the return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We can arrange it and tell you the price charged by our agency, which we will then deduct. You can also send the package by another method; in this case, you are responsible until the package reaches our offices.

We will not accept returns after the 30-day period or if the item is not in proper condition.

If everything is correct, the refund will be processed within one week after receipt at our workshop.
