These prices in no case include shipping to remote areas. If this is the case, we will contact the client to include the extra expense indicated by the agency, or to cancel the order.

RETURNS
Return policy
You can request a return within 30 days from the date you receive the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with its tags and in its original packaging.
Peninsular Spain: You have 30 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to make any exchange or return.
To complete your return, contact us via e-mail. Enter the order number, and we appreciate you letting us know the reason for the return. If you request an exchange, you must tell us the model or size for which you wish to make the exchange.
We will send you a label for you to print and we will indicate some nearby collection points so you can take it.
On any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or stained for reasons not due to our error, as well as any item that is returned after 30 days of delivery, we will not accept your return. If everything is correct, the corresponding payment will be made within a week.
From E.U. countries: Contact us via e-mail. The e-mail must include: order number, item reference, and indicate the reason for the return, and whether you want an exchange or a return. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We can manage it and send you the label for collection, we will inform you of the price that our agency will charge us, and if you want to ship through it, we will deduct that amount when you return the purchase. You can also send the package by another means, in this case it is the customer's responsibility to send it until the package arrives at our offices.
