These prices do not include shipping to remote areas under any circumstances. If this is the case, we will contact the customer to include the extra cost indicated by the agency, or to cancel the order.

RETURNS
Return Policy
You can request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have its tags and be in its original packaging.
Mainland Spain: You have 30 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to make any exchange or return.
To complete your return, contact us by email. Include the order number and we appreciate you letting us know the reason for the return. If requesting an exchange, you must indicate the model or size you want to exchange for.
We will send you a label to print and will indicate some nearby drop-off points where you can take it.
We will not accept returns of any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or stained for reasons not due to our error, as well as any item returned after 30 days of delivery. If everything is correct, the corresponding refund will be made within one week.
From European Union countries: You have 30 calendar days from the moment you receive your order. Contact us by email. The email must include: order number, item reference, and indicate the reason for the return, and whether you want an exchange or a refund. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. We can manage it and send you the label for pickup, we will inform you of the price charged by our agency, and if you want to ship through them, we will deduct that amount when refunding your purchase. You can also send the package by another means; in this case, the customer is responsible for the shipment until the package arrives at our offices.
Rest of the countries: Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving the package. Contact us by email and we will indicate the steps. All shipping and customs fees incurred will be borne by the buyer.
